About Me

Ke Wang is currently a software engineer at Meta, working on open source database query engine Presto and Velox.

Before that, he spent two years at Ant Group, working on next-generation payment systems. He also worked as a full-time researcher in Shanghai Qi Zhi Institute, with a focus on database index on persistent memory.

Ke is actively working on data-intensive applications research, including but not limited to database, high performance computing system and storage system, and machine learning applications. He worked closely with Prof. Tong Yang, Prof. Xin Jin and Prof. Mingyu Gao.
